An expedition at the Wim Hof Method Center France is the perfect environment to totally disconnect. 4-6 days of immersion in the method that asks you to reconnect to yourself, in the center that is submerged in nature.

Breathing sessions with the breeze in the rolling field that wraps around the official Wim Hof Method Center in France. Sun-drenched ice baths. In the summer we like to live by the ‘easy does it’ way. Still we delve deep into the connection of self, guided by the magic of the method. Immersed in nature, waterfalls, rivers, forests, mountains, the beauty is all around. This is the chance to reconnect, rejuvenate and restore in an amazing place with a strong community and dedicated instructors & team, to transcend to a better version of you.

FAQ

  • Where is the closest airport?

    Marseille Airport. We are 2 hours from there.

  • Where is the closest train station?

    Veynes-Devoluy.

  • Can I have a transfer from airport or train station?

    When hosting an expedition we provide one transfer to and from Marseille airport. If you are unable to make the transfer we kindly ask you to take the train or car to us.

    The train station is 10 minutes away so this is easy does it.

    We always try to accommodate and can offer advise with travel arrangements. As long as participants communicate in advance we can together create a plan.

  • What payment methods are available?

    All events are booked via the Wim Hof Method platform. The website allows for credit/debit card.

    Or PayPal, which allows the option of paying in installments.

  • If an event is sold out is there a waiting list?

    Yes. If you express your interest via email we will be able to keep you updated.

  • What skill/experience is required to participate?

    We welcome all participants. The only condition is that you are able bodied. Fitness levels do not matter. If you have any medical conditions that concern you with activities we advise to consult with your medical physician.

  • Do I qualify for an advanced event?

    If you have already participated in a fundamentals workshop and you feel ready for more you can proceed to an advanced workshop.

    If you have participated in a weekend retreat and would like to deepen your practice we always welcome you to an advanced weekend or expedition.

  • How can I assist Leandre?

    The instructors that currently assist Leandre at his events have participated a multitude of times with him and Wim. To be a good assistant you must witness and understand how the events run first. - A tip from a current assistant.
